NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The “MrWinner” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the United States who are at least 16 years old at the time of entry. This promotion is offered worldwide. This promotion is void in Afghanistan, Puerto Rico, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Cuba, North Korea and Sudan. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
Employees and shareholders of Sponsor, as well as the immediate family (spouse, and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households as the employees or shareholders, whether related or not, of the above, are not prohibited from playing the Sweepstakes for fun. However, all such individuals are not eligible in any way and are completely restricted from winning any prizes, awards or cash in any manner from Sponsor. Players are restricted to only (1) active account. Only (1) eligible entry into game per person, per address, per e-mail.
2. HOW TO ENTER
Entrants may participate in Sweepstakes for the Grand Prize and/or the Secondary Prizes. The Grand Prize (as defined below) Sweepstakes will occur every hour and will begin at the top of each hour. Entrants are entitled to submit one entry per hour. Entrants are also limited to spinning the "Wheel Of Chance" once per hour. The Secondary Prize Sweepstakes will begin on the first day of each week and end on the last day of each week. Secondary Prizes will be awarded as described below.
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes, both without purchase or obligation:

You may enter the Sweepstakes to win the Grand Prize by choosing 6 out of 70 numbers from the grid on the “MrWinner” web site. You may only enter once during each hourly Sweepstakes. You may enter the Sweepstakes for a Secondary Prize by choosing a number between 1 and 100 on the “MrWinner” web site. Second Prize eligibility and entry are determined separate for each monthly game period and are posted on Sponsor’s website, and are subject to change.
[By Mail] To enter the Sweepstakes to win the Grand Prize without purchase or obligation you may enter by clearly hand-printing your name, address, mailing address, date of birth and email address, for which you are the authorized user, and the words “MrWinner Sweepstakes – Grand Prize, Game Date:XX/XX/XX, Time: XX:XX AM/PM” along with the 6 of 70 numbers chosen on a 3½”x5½” postcard and mailing it with first class postage to: “MrWinner” Sweepstakes, PO Box 311004, Newington, CT 06131-1004. Entrant may include up to twelve (12) different hours on one postcard entry and may chose different sets of six numbers for each of the 12 hours.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked three (3) days prior to the day of the Sweepstakes for which the entry is intended to be eligible and must be received by Sponsor no later than the day prior to the day of the Sweepstakes for which the entry is intended to be eligible for the intended drawing.
For all mail-in entries, duplicate or oversized postcard entries, copies and other mechanical reproductions are not permitted for mail-in entries. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged or incomplete entries. Proof of mailing an entry is not proof of receipt. “Authorized user” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. Any form of entry other than those described herein is void. All entries, regardless of the method of entry, become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
3. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING
Disbursement of prizes is limited to one per person. All players will be limited and restricted from winning more than one cash and/or prize during any consecutive drawing or game period. Winners are ineligible to win any consecutive back to back prizes.
A. GRAND PRIZES
To claim a winning Grand Prize entry, a player must match all 6 out of 70 numbers. The Grand Prize totals one million ($1,000,000.00) U.S. Dollars, paid out as a non-transferable balloon annuity of $10,000.00 per year for 20 years and a $40,000.00 payment for the remaining 20 years totaling $1,000,000.00 paid out over 40 years or a onetime lump sum prize payout of $400,000.00 in cash.
If more than one entry contains all of the winning numbers, the Grand Prize for that particular Sweepstakes will be divided evenly among the correct entries. Odds of winning the grand prize jackpot (matching all 6 out of 70 balls) are 131,115,985 to 1.
B. SECONDARY PRIZES
The Sweepstakes for the Secondary Prizes begins 12:01AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on first day of each week (“Game-Start”), and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of each game period ("Game-End"). The Game-Start and Game-End time shall be based upon Sponsor’s clock. All Secondary Prizes are cash prizes, which will be paid out fully in one installment. Secondary Prizes are determined separately for each game period and posted on Sponsor’s website, and are subject to change. Odds of matching the “MrWinner” number are 100 to 1. Only the top 200 accumulated point gainers are awarded prizes. If more than one player is tied for points, the prize will be divided evenly among all tying players. After Game-End, all players’ points are cleared back to zero so that all players begin the next game period Sweepstakes at zero.
C. WINNERS’ RESPONSIBLITIES
Winners are responsible for the payment of all taxes and for any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance of the prize. Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) by Sponsor. There will be no substitution or compensation for any prize, or any part of such prize, if it is forfeited due to winner's non-compliance with these Official Rules. The right to receive the prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitution, transfer, cash equivalent or exchange will be allowed except by Sponsor at its sole discretion.
Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the IRS.
D. PRIZE LIMITATIONS
No other prizes will be awarded by Sponsor unless otherwise notified. ALL PRIZES WILL BE PAID ON CONDITION THAT SPONSOR REMAINS OPERATIONAL AND SALEABLE. IN THE EVENT THAT SPONSOR, FOR ANY REASON, BECOMES UNPROFITABLE AND UNABLE TO REMAIN OPERATIONAL, ALL ENTRANTS WILL HOLD SPONSOR HARMLESS FOR ANY DEBT OR PAST OBLIGATIONS.
4. WINNERS’ NOTIFICATION
All prize winners will be notified via the email address associated with the winner’s account and will be posted on Sponsor’s website located at www.mrwinner.com within 24 hours. Winning mail-in entries will be notified by mail at the address provided on the postcard. Winners must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Proof of Identity Form provided by Sponsor, as well as any other documentation required by Sponsor in accord with these Official Rules, within 30 days of notification. If winner fails to return these documents in 45 days, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, or is otherwise ineligible, the winner’s prize will be forfeited. Any forfeited prize, at Sponsor’s discretion, may be awarded to an alternate winner. If any prize is won by an eligible individual who is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence and is deemed a minor, the required documents must be confirmed and signed by winner's parent or legal guardian, and the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on the winner set forth herein.
5. 30-DAY RULE FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ALL WINNING PRIZES
Sponsor reserves the right to restrict the payment of any cash prizes up to, but not limited to, 30 days in order to process, verify and inspect code and programming for fraud, manipulation or tampering. This inspection process may be conducted by a third party vendor or by Sponsor at its sole discretion in order to secure the integrity and authenticity of the “MrWinner” web site. If in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if winner has violated of these Official Rules, or acted in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, slander or harass any other person, including Sponsor, in any way, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any such individual and/or void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and/or to terminate the Sweepstakes. In the case of early termination, Sponsor may select a winner from entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Sponsor deems fair and equitable. Any attempts by an individual to access any web site associated with the Sweepstakes via robotic, automatic entry devices, programs such as, but not limited to, by script, macro or any other automated means, or other unauthorized entry will void all such entries by such methods.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE SPONSOR’S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
6. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of your name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and city and state address for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised without additional compensation, review or approval rights, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. At the option of Sponsor, winner may be required to execute a Publicity Release. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOU ARE A WINNER, YOUR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BEING PLACED ON A WINNERS' LIST.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, undeliverable or incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, illegible entries due to technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the mailing or transmission of entries, notification or correspondence, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes related materials; (2) technical failures of any kinds; (3) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (4) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (5) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the sending of entries or the processing of entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. If for any reason your entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed, corrupted or for any other reason not accepted as an entry into the Sweepstakes, your sole remedy is to submit another entry in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select a winner from entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Sponsor deems fair and equitable.
As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless MrWinner.com, Inc. and its affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the Grand Prize or Secondary Prizes that may be awarded or for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or wireless device relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or inability to access any web site or wireless service associated with this promotion, or any combination thereof. You agree that the laws of the State of Nevada will govern any and all disputes. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or your and Sponsor’s rights and obligations in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in Clark County, Nevada. At the option of Sponsor, the Grand Prize and Secondary Prize winners may be required to execute a separate Liability Release. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that (1) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (3) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, change or enhance the eligibility, rules and/or jurisdiction for the Grand Prize and the Secondary Prizes. Any such change or modification will be announced in a manner deemed appropriate by Sponsor, in which case the change, alteration or modification will become effective immediately and will be incorporated and published into the Official Rules. Sponsor shall, however, be under no obligation to make any such change or modification. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes by giving notice as deemed appropriate by Sponsor at its sole discretion, in which case the Sweepstakes will terminate immediately. Sponsor may give email notice of any such cancellation, suspension or termination of play, but shall not be obligated to do so. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated, the Grand Prize will nevertheless be awarded as provided in these Official Rules.
8. PRIVACY
Sponsor collects personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy found at www.mrwinner.com and clicking on “Privacy Policy.” You agree that Sponsor may, in accord with its Privacy Policy, share your personal information with its partners, sponsors, advertisers, service providers and marketers for marketing promotions, lookup and reference services applications, and other entities that Sponsor believes can provide you with special offers and opportunities. If you do not provide the required personal information or you do not agree that Sponsor may share your personal information with such third parties, you may not register to play on this web site. If you do not agree that Sponsor may share your personal information with such third parties and you are already registered, you should immediately terminate your account by contacting Sponsor at info@mrwinner.com.
9. NAMES OF GRAND PRIZE AND SECONDARY PRIZE WINNERS
For the names of the Grand Prize and Secondary Prize winners, any person may mail a self addressed, stamped, #10 business envelope to MrWinner.com, Inc., PO Box 311004, Newington, CT 06131-1004.

11. OPT-OUT
By registering with Sponsor, you consent to receive periodic information, promotions, games, and giveaways from Sponsor and/or third parties, and/or results concerning your account via electronic email as provided in these Official Rules. If you do not provide the required personal information or you do not agree that Sponsor may share your personal information with such third parties, you may not register to play on this web site. If you do not agree that Sponsor may share your personal information with such third parties and you are already registered, you should immediately terminate your account by contacting Sponsor at info@mrwinner.com.

The actual odds of winning any prize will depend upon the applicable contest as described above. All entries must be received by as indicated above to be eligible for the Sweepstakes.
